The Talent Result Scan is an ideal tool to help people understand what gives them energy in their work and what are energy drainers. This module explains how to match talents of people with the result areas of their work. We will go in depth how to use the Talent Result Scan in practice combined with the AEM-Cube assessment and can also be combined with the Result Positioning Area tool. But in all fairness, the Talent Result Scan can be used as a standalone to help guide (young) professional in their career, or to facilitate a better understanding of where people performance can be increased within an organisation.
