Your Instructor
The host of this course, Rick Price, worked as a partner at KPMG where he did a lot of work around project management. Afterwards, he grew an international project management organisation in the utility market which was acquired by Xansa. In 2000 he founded Human Insight where he currently is working on methods to help program managers configure high performing teams and de-risk their programs throughout the life cycle. Rick has a lot of knowledge about strategy, business process improvement and stakeholder management.
